In 1818, British Officer Colonel Prather attacked on Raigad Fort and taken the charge of fort during British rule in India. The Palace of King Shivaji and Queen's palace was destroyed by them during the attack. Now you can see the only the ruins for King's and Queen's Palaces.

its surprising that this being the Shivaji's Resi, no one cared about it ever, this is infact the wealth of the nation, atleast we have to care for it.
