Myth of The Waghya Dog
It is a myth about King Shivaji's beloved pet dog "Waghya". It is to be said that when he saw Shivaji Maharaja’s body being cremated, he jumped into the burning chitaah of Shivaji Maharaj and end up his journey of life. According to many historians, there is no evidence of existence of any pet dog of shivaji in the historical books and the material.
